At Invisibug, we’re happy to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. Our goal is to make the ordering process as smooth and transparent as possible, from checkout to delivery.

Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
Typical estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that during busy periods or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates that are outside of our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs delays, which can extend delivery times.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.
If our system detects a potential address issue, our support team may contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at contact@invisibug.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Delayed Delivery
We understand how important timely delivery is and always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, or transportation issues.
In rare cases, delays may also occur due to address verification, payment processing, or inventory availability. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
While Invisibug cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will always do our best to keep you informed and assist however we can.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package is marked as lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@invisibug.com and we will assist you in investigating the issue.
We may also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information. We will follow up with the carrier on your behalf and provide updates whenever possible.
Please note that Invisibug is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and such cases fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. If required, filing a police report may be recommended.
