At Invisibug, we are committed to providing products designed to help make your home feel more comfortable and easier to live in. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full benefits.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase after this initial 14-day period, you may request a return within our 60-day money-back guarantee. To begin the process, please contact us at contact@invisibug.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, orders may already be in processing and we may be unable to make changes.
If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We encourage customers to use Invisibug products for at least 14 days before deciding whether to return them. If you are still unhappy after this period, you may return the product within 60 days of purchase.
Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care to package our products securely. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Damage to external packaging (such as dented boxes) while the product itself remains intact does not qualify as damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@invisibug.com and including a clear photo of the damage. If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Invisibug is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
